Her background includes strengthening operational systems, improving efficiency, enhancing customer service, and leading teams in mission-driven organizations. Jessica brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to her work, aligning daily operations with organizational goals. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys antiquing, traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband.
